What is Next Bharat Residency Program?
At Next Bharat, our mission is to make the world a better place by solving for the economic disparities. We want to do this by supporting Impact Entrepreneurs who are increasing the incomes of informal economy and rural economy, through the Next Bharat Program. The Program will create a community of like-minded impact entrepreneurs who will become a support for the impact entrepreneurs. Other than this, the program will offer access to mentorship, opportunities to network with industry leaders and investors. The Next Bharat community will become one for life and will continue to support the impact entrepreneurs even if they face setbacks in their initial venture. Next Bharat Program will continue to provide options for upskilling and continuous training, helping the Impact Entrepreneurs build better and create a lasting impact.

We plan to invest 1 Crore Rupees followed by 4 Crore Rupees per startup! (We will also cover the cost of travel and accommodation during the Residency Program)

Mentorship support from people who have been through the same journey will create immense value and learning opportunities for the Next Bharat Program community

Next Bharat has access to Suzuki’s networks, which include industry leaders across the sectors. The program itself will be diverse and comprise of Impact Entrepreneurs in their early stage journey from various sectors. The Next Bharat Program will offer opportunities to network with these industry leaders and like-minded peers to help move ahead faster on the entrepreneurial journey.
Receive funding and resources to scale your venture
At the end of the Program, Next Bharat will invest in some start-ups, providing a funding of upto Rs 4 Cr. The first cheque will be provided for 1 Cr at 10% equity stake in the company. Other than funding, Next Bharat will also provide additional resources to all Program participants to support them on their Impact Entrepreneurship journey.
